About Mom's List

Mom's List is a great web location where LOCAL moms and dads place or find LOCAL classified advertising for goods and services that relate to family life.

All parents know that raising kids and running a busy household is expensive. Many of the things that make life in a family easier cost a lot but don't always wear out by the time your family is finished with them. Mom's List is a smart way to get a return on your investment in raising a family. Whether you want to SELL IT or BUY IT, Mom's list is a great place for your FAMILY. Our site is organized by the location where the goods and services can be found and the kind of goods and services that they are. Mom's List will put interested parents in touch with people selling goods and services that relate to family life. These things range from baby beds to minivans. Mom's list is a great place to recycle all that stuff that you need when you raise children.

Buyers
You (the Buyer) can search for goods and services on our site in numerous ways. Once you find something you want to buy or get more information about, you will let Mom's List know and we will contact the Seller with your contact information that you give us. (Most Sellers prefer email.) The Seller will then contact you. You do not buy from us; you will buy directly from the Seller if you choose to do so. You can work out the details with the Seller so you can look at what they offer or have them ship it directly to you. It is totally up to you. ALL of this is up to you and you have total control. We just want to help you find local goods and services you need and then connect you and the Seller.

Sellers
We also want to make selling your goods and services a profitable as well as enjoyable experience. However, please keep in mind, we do have to protect our site and the people who use it. You can list your goods and services on Mom's List for FRE. Each listing is location and subject specific (category). If you would like to have your information included in more than one location or category, you will need to list it multiple times in separate insertions.

All you do to list your goods and services on Mom's List is go to the SELL IT page, enter your information about your goods and services, add a picture (optional - if you have one). To list the same goods in multiple locations or subject categories, you will need to repeat this procedure.

When a Buyer is interested in your goods or services, they will contact us by email. We will send you the contact information for this interested person and you can then contact them directly yourself. We do not buy or sell your goods or services, and we are not responsible for incorrect contact information. We only put you in contact with the parents who are interested in your goods and services by means of the information they give to us. Be sure to read our Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy Statement and User Agreement. You must accept and abide by our agreements in order to post your goods or services on Mom's List. CAUTION WHEN PLACING YOUR ADVERTISEMENT. Any advertisement deemed by Mom's List or FAMILY Magazine Network, Inc. to be inappropriate for our market or Mom's List in general, will be deleted and will NOT appear on Mom's List. The person placing the advertisement will be notified that the advertisement has been rejected and that the advertisement will not appear on Mom's List.

We (Mom's List and FAMILY Magazine Network, Inc.) retain the right to reject any advertisement for any reason.
