Mom's List and FAMILIES Magazines , Inc. cannot investigate the accuracy of the advertisements being placed, and therefore assumes no responsibility or liability for advertisements containing false statements or slanderous information. Additionally, Mom's List and FAMILIES Magazines , Inc. reserves the right to edit or delete any portion of any advertisement we find, in our sole discretion, to be questionable, not in good taste or not applicable, in our opinion, to people (our market) using and viewing the Mom's List pages. All advertising is also subject to credit approval.

Acceptance of advertising by Mom's List or FAMILIES Magazines , Inc. does not constitute an endorsement of the products, services, or information.  Mom's List and FAMILIES Magazines , Inc. reserve the right to edit, reject, or comment on all editorial and advertising material submitted.  We are not responsible for the return of any unsolicited materials.  No money will be refunded for rejected materials.

BUYERS

Anyone interested in goods or services advertised on Mom's List should be advised that many advertisers or authors using the Internet may pretend to be people they are not. Some may have dishonest and/or deceitful intentions or may have inaccurate information.  BUYER should be aware of this possibility and BUYER should do own research and make own investigation before making ANY financial decision or replying to ANY advertisement on Mom's List.

SELLERS

CAUTION TO SELLER WHEN PLACING ADVERTISEMENT:  any advertisement deemed by Mom's List or FAMILIES Magazines , Inc. to be inappropriate for our market or Mom's List in general, will be deleted and will NOT appear on Mom's List.  No money will be refunded or returned.  The person placing the advertisement will be notified that the advertisement has been rejected and that the advertisement will not appear on Mom's List.  NO MONEY will be refunded.

By placing an advertisement with Mom's List, SELLER agrees to limit any claim for failure to publish an advertisement to the cost of the advertisement ($5) and waive any claim for consequential, incidental, or other special damages. For failure to appear claims, SELLER must notify Mom's List by email at momslist@thefamilymagazine.com.  No money will be refunded for advertisements that do not appear because they have been rejected for content.

By placing an advertisement on Mom's List, SELLER also agrees that all copyright or other intellectual property rights for photography, artwork, layout or design involving the presentation of SELLER'S advertisement on Mom's List shall belong exclusively to the Mom's List and FAMILIES Magazines , Inc.
