the Mom's List web site for the sale and payment of listing classified
advertisements. It also applies to payments
made to FAMILIES Magazines, Inc., through the Mom's List site.
Information
Collection and Use
Your privacy is very important to us. FAMILIES Magazines, Inc. is
the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell,
share, or rent this information to others unless we receive your prior consent.
The prospective Buyer
gives permission to Mom's List and FAMILIES Magazines,
Inc. to pass along to the Seller, their email address. The email
address will be used by the Seller to contact the Buyer.
Placement
of Your Classified Ad
When placing merchandise to sell you, the SELLER, must fill out the Sell It form and you must provide contact information
(including name and email address) and financial information (including credit
card number, expiration date, and security code). This information is used for
billing purposes and will only be shared with others if we obtain your prior,
express consent. The contact information obtained is used to get in touch with
the SELLER if there is a problem processing the order. We will not sell, share,
or rent this information to others unless we receive your prior consent.
Security
When you are asked for sensitive information (such as credit card
number), that information is encrypted and is protected. We use
industry standard procedures and processes to safeguard the confidentiality of
your identifiable personal information. However, when you submit information
about yourself over the Internet, the information may travel over many systems
that are not under our control. The Internet is not 100% secure and others
might intercept the information that you are sending.
Your
credit card information will not be stored by Mom's List or FAMILIES Magazines, Inc.
Notification
of Changes
If changes are made to our privacy policy, the date those changes are
made will be noted at the top of our Privacy Statement.

of Terms
We may amend this Privacy Policy Statement or any of our other our
terms at any time by posting such notification on our site (by changing the
posted Date Last Revised). All amended
terms will automatically be effective immediately. If any of these amended terms effect current
advertisers or their advertisement, we will notify these users by the contact
email address provided to us prior to the change.

reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or
